Is there a free trial for the Professional plan?

Yes. You get a full 14-day free trial of the Professional plan with no credit card required. At the end of the trial you can continue on Professional or switch to the free Starter plan.

Can I export my data if I decide to leave?

Absolutely. You can export all tickets, contacts, and knowledge base articles at any time in CSV or JSON format from your account settings. Your data is always yours.

What integrations are available out of the box?

Albert ships with native integrations for Slack, Jira, Salesforce, Shopify, HubSpot, Stripe, and more. You can also build custom integrations using our REST API, webhooks, and MCP connectors.

What is your uptime SLA?

The Professional plan includes a 99.9% uptime SLA. Enterprise customers receive a 99.99% uptime guarantee backed by service credits. Our current uptime status is available on our public status page.

Do you help with migration from other helpdesks?

Yes. We offer a free self-service migration tool that imports tickets, contacts, and articles from Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, and Help Scout. Enterprise customers receive hands-on migration assistance from our team.

How does billing work for adding or removing agents?

Billing is prorated. When you add an agent mid-cycle you are charged only for the remaining days. When you remove an agent the unused balance is credited to your next invoice.

How does the AI chatbot work?

Albert's chatbot uses a multi-agent architecture with specialized AI agents for orders, deliveries, accounts, catalog, and general FAQ. When a customer sends a message, a router agent classifies it and routes to the best specialist. If the bot can't help or the customer asks for a human, it seamlessly escalates with a full conversation summary.
