Albert is provided for business helpdesk and customer support operations. Each customer is responsible for the data they submit, their channel configuration, and their agents' use of the service.

Do not use Albert to send unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or unauthorized communications. We may restrict access to protect the service, customers, or third-party platforms.
